Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the FotoShare mobile application and services ("Service"). By accessing or using FotoShare, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction) to use FotoShare. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

2. User Accounts

To use certain features, you must create an account through Google Sign-In. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information and to keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

3. User Content

You retain ownership of the photos, prompts, and other content ("User Content") you upload. By submitting User Content, you grant FotoShare a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, store, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.

If you choose to make your content public, it may be visible to other users within the app. You are responsible for the content you share.

4. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use FotoShare for any unlawful or harmful purposes, including but not limited to:

  • Uploading copyrighted material without authorization
  • Sharing sexually explicit, violent, or hateful content
  • Harassing, threatening, or impersonating others
  • Attempting to hack, disrupt, or damage the Service
  • Using automated tools to scrape or misuse our platform

5. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in FotoShare, including the app design, code, and features, are owned by or licensed to us. Except for your own User Content, you may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our prior written permission.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

FotoShare is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Your use of the Service is at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FotoShare and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in harmful behavior. Upon termination, your right to use FotoShare will immediately cease.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you within the app or by other appropriate means. Your continued use of FotoShare after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles.
